- Choose around 50 questions. This is the ideal amount for a pub quiz.
- Mix in some easy questions and some hard questions so everyone is included.
- Include a range of subjects, from pop culture to science, geography to music. Include a picture round asking your players to names celebrities or why not show pictures of countries we work in and ask your players to name them.
- Throw in a fun round for bonus points. Have a Lego round, get teams to build a model of 'X' and choose the best one, or guess the movie from emojis.
- Have a tie-break question ready with the closest guess winning overall. It could be something Save the Children related, e.g “what year was Save the Children founded?" (answer 1919).

- Tables, chairs and a microphone
- Gift Aid forms and collection boxes for entry fees and donations
- Try to source some prizes to ramp up the competition
- Raffle prizes and tickets if you're holding one
Charge your players anywhere from £2-£5 to play. You could also set up some collection buckets around your venue in case people are feeling particularly generous.

£67 - could provide a nutritious daily school lunch for one student for one month.
£108 - could buy one one Emergancy Malaria Kit to treat 10,000 people for three months.
£187 - could pay for the construction of hand-washing facilities for 500 children to prevent spread of diseases.
